Your web server isn't applying
.htaccess, so files like
database/,
storage/ and
config/ can be opened in a browser. Point the site to the
public folder:
- aaPanel: Website → your site → Site directory → set Running directory to
/public → Save. Then URL rewrite → choose laravel5 → Save.
- cPanel / Hostinger: set the domain's document root to
…/public.
You can continue now and fix this before going live.
Clean URLs are off on this server
Links will look like /index.php/login, which works fine. When you add the URL rewrite rule (aaPanel: URL rewrite → laravel5), the app switches to clean links like /login automatically.
Step 2 of 7 · Database
Connect your database
All tables are created automatically. If the database doesn't exist yet, setup tries to create it for you.
Almost always localhost.
Where do I find these?
- aaPanel: Databases → Add database. Use the same name for the database and user, copy the password.
- cPanel: MySQL Databases → create a database and a user, then "Add User To Database" with ALL PRIVILEGES. Names include your account prefix (e.g.
cpuser_invoice).

Your brand & website
Your brand name appears on the website, inside the app and in every email.
Step 4 of 7 · Admin account
Create your owner login
You'll use this Super Admin account to manage businesses, plans, payments and settings.
At least 8 characters. Mix letters, numbers and a symbol.
Step 5 of 7 · Email
How should emails be sent?
Used for signup verification, password resets, invoices and payment reminders.
Quick fill
For Gmail use an App Password.
Sent to the admin email from step 4.
Step 6 of 7 · Payments · optional
Get paid for your plans
Turn on the gateways businesses will use to buy your plans. You can skip this and add them later.
Use the UPI ID of the same Paytm merchant account as the MID.
After setup, add the webhook URL from Super Admin → Payment Gateways in your Cashfree dashboard.
